the Student Money Bundle Money Saving Discount website . The Student Money Bundle Money Saving Discount website offers you exclusive
discounts and cash back shopping rewards. When you shop online using your registered debit card, you can earn cash back have the
savings automatically refunded to your monthly statement. Or you can select from a wide variety of grocery and merchant coupons to
print and use in-store. You can enjoy unlimited discounts and savings on all your favorite things – music, movies, entertainment,
travel and much more… It’s just one of the great services offered with a Student Money Bundle.
Q: How do I enroll in Money Saving Discounts?
A: Once you’ve opened your Student Money Bundle and have received your debit card, you will need to go to Student Money Bundle
Money Saving Discounts website to register your card and start saving while you shop.
Q: Can I use any card when shopping for Money Saving Discounts?
A: You can enjoy these great discounts and savings of Money Saving Discounts with any card. However, for cash back rewards, you pay
for your shopping purchases with your registered debit card.
Q: How do I receive my rewards credit?
A: At checkout, you will need to pay for your shopping purchases with your registered debit card. Your cash back reward will
appear on your statement as a credit within 90 days.
Q. Can I review my savings?
A: Yes. You can track your itemized savings online using “My Rewards” on the Money Saving Discount site. You can view your rebate dollars pending, month-to-date savings, year-to-date savings of your total lifetime savings since joining the program.

Gadget Protection
Q: What is Gadget Protection?
A: Gadget Protection offers protection for your cell phone if it is damaged or stolen as well as extended warranty protection for
most of your electronics, small appliances, larger home appliances, and TVs.
Q: What is cell phone protection?
A: When pay your monthly bill with your debit card, you may be protected from theft or damage to your cellular phone. This
protection is supplemental, and in addition to, any cell phone insurance program, homeowner’s, renter’s, automobile, or employer’s
insurance that you may already have. After all insurance or indemnity has been exhausted, Cell Phone Protection will cover the
damage or theft up to $250, subject to the terms and conditions, exclusions, and limits of liability of this benefit as well as a

Q: Do I need to be enrolled in Student Money Bundle in order to receive cell phone protection?
A: Yes. Cell phone protection is an exclusive offer available only with the Student Money Bundle.
Q: Is my cell phone covered if I lose it?
A: No. Your cell phone is only covered for damage or theft up to $25O per claim. Cell phones that are lost or “mysteriously disappear”
in unexplained manner are not covered.
Q: How do I file a claim?
A: To file a claim, you will need to call the Benefit Administrator at 1-866-894-8569 (or collect at 0-410-581-9994) within
sixty (60) days of damage or theft. You will be asked some preliminary information and then sent the appropriate claim form.
You will need to complete, sign, and return this form with all supporting documentation within 90 days from the date of damage
or theft. Supporting documentation may include such things as: Proof of bill payment for wireless service preceding the date of
damage or theft; proof of wireless service; and a copy of cell phone purchase receipt. If your phone was stolen, you will be
required to provide a copy of the police report filed within 48 hours of the occurrence.

Warranty Manager
Q: What is Warranty Manager?
A: With Warranty Manager, you can register a product and extend its manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty Manager offers Extended
Warranty Protection that doubles the free repair period under the original manufacturer’s written U.S. repair warranty up to one (1)
additional year on eligible warranties of three (3) years or less when an item is purchased with your debit card.
Warranty Manager’s registration service helps you take full advantage of your warranties, because you can get key information about
your coverage with a single toll-free call. And if you send us your sales receipts and warranty information, we’ll keep everything on
file—so arranging for a repair or replacement is as easy as picking up the telephone.
Q: What is covered?

Q: How do I file a claim?
A: Call the Benefit Administrator at 1-800-551-8472 (or collect at 0-410-581-9994) immediately upon learning of a product failure.
For faster filing, you may also submit your claim online at www.visa.com/eclaims. When you file your claim, you will also be required to submit supporting documentation which includes: Your completed and signed claim form; the itemized store receipt; a copy of the original manufacturer’s written U.S. warranty and any other applicable warranty; a description and serial number of the item, and any other documentation deemed necessary to substantiate your claim. This includes bills and, if necessary, a copy of the maintenance record and receipts; and the original repair order.
Q: How will I be reimbursed?
A: Once your claim has been verified, the item will be repaired or replaced at the Benefit Administrator’s discretion, but for no more
than the original purchase price of the covered item less shipping and handling fees, up to a maximum of $10,000, as recorded on your
receipt, and $50,000 maximum per cardholder.

Q: What is Green$ense?
A: Green$ense is a debit card that is available with your Student Money Bundle. When you use your Green$ense Debit card, we’ll
pay you 10 cents for every paperless payment you make with us - that's 10 cents every time you use your debit card, make a payment
using online bill pay, or have an automatic payment charged to your checking account or debit card. You will need to do at least 10
transactions per month. You can earn up to $120 a year!
